The peculiarity of this order is that the height of the floor level of the warehouse was too small to install a standard dock-leveler. The level of the warehouse floor was 400 mm. Krasnokamsk RMP manufactured and installed a dock-leveler with a length of 5.5 meters according to an individual design project.
Supply oblique gateway-tambours at an angle of 45 degrees complete with dock-levelers STL 2025 with a turning ramp with a lifting capacity of 6000 kg, dock-shelters, guides for the wheels and hard rubber bumpers.
Supply dock-levelers STL 1825-13 with telescopic ramp. The length of the retractable telescopic ramp was 1300 mm, in contrast to the standard length of 500-1000 mm. There was a need to install dock-levelers deep into the warehouse and close them in a stationary position with the front gate along the facade.
Supply dock levelers STL with swivel ramp, dock-shelters STL with a foldable frame rails for the wheels, resistant bumpers and mobile ramps STL. Installation and commissioning works were carried out.
